They allege that I was not allowed to supervise a client with an electric shaver. However, it was left to nursing discretion and I assessed for appropriateness and client used and returned under my supervision 1:1. No policy existed that they could not use this. Not suicidal. Stupid when I got 5/5's on all my reviews. This is believed to be retaliatory.
