Toxic environment. Manipulating director and charges. One charge has anger issues (supposedly secondary to a TBI) and often curses at staff and patients, and throws things. Experienced nurses don't stay so you're always working with new grads. They pull nurses from the ER to take admits in other areas of the hospital leaving the ER short staffed. And it's HC
