DANGEROUS environment — core staff perpetuate a culture of animosity, and many do not have the proper knowledge and skill to care for their patient population (even though the ICU here is very low acuity). EXTREMELY scary and unsafe, high risk ICU for patients and clinicians. Do NOT work here if you want to protect your nursing license!
