Staffing very unsafe from beginning. Multiple days I had 2 nurses and 3 CNAs for 35 acute psych patients. Many pts sustained fractures from falls due to our staffing crisis. The day I was cancelled I begged for more staff because a staff was assaulted by a pt. They then threatened my life and ended up cancelling me for 'misconduct'.
