Worked ICU. Medics charting. Floating was in my contract but floating was excessive. Very rarely got to stay 12hours in ICU. Most night I did 4 hours ICU, 4 hours Tele, then would float 4 hours to Med/Surg to be a charge RN. Charting was near impossible with all the floating.
