Pros and cons
Pros- some floors have excellent kind staff and managers who are happy you are here and will help you with anything and teach you a lot. Ton of opportunity for overtime on any unit. Flexible scheduling for travelers.
Cons- too much traveler need, travelers teaching travelers and some units have cliquey staff of what’s left of staffing with.

Unsafe staffing, forced to work as charge after 3 weeks on unit with no training. Management are bullies. Unhappy staff, not all are welcoming towards travelers. Shift frequently gets changed against agreed days/hours per contract. VERY disorganized. Weird policies and procedures for patient safety situations. Protect your license!!!! Other units are better.
