Hospital is very unfriendly towards travelers yet needs them to train staff. They don’t understand high acuity and they will put patients at risk to let regular staff gain experience. They don’t listen to or appreciate experience or help from travelers and give them the worst assignment s. I feared for my license and wouldn’t go back for any millions of 💰

The assignments are overly easy if you're used to a busy ICU. The area is beautiful. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful (they even had a bday celebration for me). The schedule kind of sucks, but I'd go back anyways. It's a nice vacation job. Bonus, amazing cafeteria food (never thought I'd say that about Hospital food)!
