Would not recommend this facility. Unsafe ratios for both M/S & high acuity patients. Management appears to have a negative attitude towards travelers. The 'just culture' of nursing does not exist at this hospital. The one night house supervisor who is not a traveler treats staff as if they are incompetent, so all staff are afraid to ask for help. UNSAFE!
