Was supposed be in TICU not chronic MICU per mngt interview, all TN’s were MICU so it was a bait&switch. Staff had heavy pts as 1:1, TN’s always doubled with them. Staff took 1 hour nap on nights for breaks. I had one lunch break while there. TN’s often given chronics that we’re having bad days. It was a real disappointment- as this was my dream hospital.
