I loved this hospital. I think overall it runs really well and they treat their staff nicely. I was welcomed as a traveler.I was out in rotation with all the other staff for floating and call. I did not float often but I really enjoyed both the ICU and CICU, and was given a modified assignment when floated to telemetry. Would work here FT if looking.
