This is one of the worst places I have ever worked. Your license is at risk. The staff is great, the leadership is so bad, uneducated and inexperienced. They fill beds on the floor regardless if they have enough qualified staff to care for them. This is an organization that does not care about their staff as evidenced by them leaving. Don't risk your license
