Horribly cliquey, not traveler friendly. Worked my butt off to support them and never asked for help, was still labeled the bad guy for asking a tech to take labs up on a really sick pt. Reported workplace violence on a charge nurse who watched me get sexually harassed by a patient and did nothing when I came to him 4 times. They canceled me the next week

Was told that I would be floating from ICU to step down unit. I have been floated to 3 different med-surg floors in two different campuses. I have also checked temperatures in the hospital lobby. Probably only worked in the ICU less than a half a dozen times in the past 2 months. Floated during shift and rarely stay in one department for whole shift.
