1 /5 stars. Horribly unsfae. 7 tele patients...no CNAs. I had 2 patients over 450# each and they had to sit in their own urine because I couldn't change them alone. Paper charts you cannot find! Cannot believe it can function as hospital. I was with RCM medical and they did not support me after I spoke with management and my recruiter multiple times.

This was the worst assignment I have ever taken. The focus here is speed, not safety. Consistently ignores its own staffing matrix for the unit. I often times had 4 to 5 post cath pts, and was the only nurse in recovery. Id post more but I have no characters left. Avoid if you value your license
