Overall fairly nontoxic environment for a large, academic hospital ICU. Ridiculously excessive charting requirements and horrible EPIC design add a load of unnecessary bullshit to a high acuity environment. Expect to be dumped in the COVID section with other travelers while staff takes all the neg patients.

Great traveler friendly unit. Ratios are proper. Management is nice.

If you want to be bullied by staff and given the most unsafe assignments, then this place is for you. Resource nurses would skip over my room when asking if people needed help, charge nurses were overheard saying how much they hate travel nurses, staff members telling other staff members, 'we don't talk to travelers'. Nobody even says hello. Just awful.
