Very flexible with the schedule, manager is super nice, staff makes you feel like you’re staff there too and not a traveler. You are first to float but never get more than 3 patients on the floors.

I have been traveling since COVID began; even did a contract in the ER at Phoebe Putney, and WellStar is the worst!
We all hear horror stories, but this place has is pure hell, both for patient and staff. I saw neglect that is unimaginable, incompetence throughout the whole system, and watched Numerous patient decline from preventable conditions.

Very friendly and helpful. Grateful to have travelers so staffing ratios are appropriate.
