Typical HCA facility. Only cares about the “customer” and doesn’t back their nurses. Triples the ICU all the time. They’d rather do that than give a charge a patient or call the people in on call. No wonder all their nurses are burned out and they’re so short. Staff has said they purchase their own insurance bc they worry about their license often. BEWARE
