I was contracted for ICU but spent fewer than 10 shifts there. Often, I'd be floated to tele/medsurg and then floated against at 11pm to another unit. Was told self-scheduling for travelers, but schedule was made for us. On the bright side, all the staff was pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't return however.

Staff was friendly, wouldn’t throw travelers into critical zones until skills were trusted. Most docs were friendly, techs can be hit or miss. Overall assignments were fair, tend to rotate pods every 4 hours. Everyone always got 30 minute lunch breaks, 15 minute break and another 30 minute break (nights). Overall would recommend.
