I found this housing on my own while working at USC keck. 2k a month 1br, top floor, parking included in rent, super cheap electric (bill was under $10) I ran the A/C to keep pet cool while at work. Positives: great location, secure, no short term addtl fee when I leased. Negatives fire alarm goes off a lot randomly for the building and maintenance sucks.
