Bsmt apt. No outdoor space for renter. Owner has 2 very vocal dogs. No sound proofing. Dogs running on roof, chasing ball. Very heavy steppers. Stated there was ample street parking when that isn't always the case. No storage available. Only 1 closet is available in a 2 bed unit. Only 1 dresser for a 2 bed unit. Doesn't prorate end of stay

Steer clear from this landlord. She seemed kind but overbearing at first, but has kept almost $1000 from our security deposit for 'excess damage' to the house, burned cooking pots and missing kitchen utensils. We were up front with her about a table that had broke, but we did not burn any pots or take any utensils (we in fact bought extra ones and left them)
