I paid Linda rent and a deposit upfront to rent her studio thats in her garage. I asked before paying if the facility was to cancell me would she refund the money and she said yes of course she would. The day of my contract starting I was cancelled and when I inguired about a refund she told me she would only refund $100 and I would have to wait 3 weeks.
